Pro Abortion should be banned because abortion is murder. Think about how many lives of the young (babies) are getting taken away from them because of fear and underaged sex! Abortion should be banned because it's a heartless thing to do! It was your choice to have the baby, deal with it! Report this Argument Con The right to have an abortion is currently recognized by the United States Supreme Court. It has not been biologically proven that a baby is a person at conception, thus abortion is only terminating a pregnancy, not necessarily a baby. Having abortion legalized prevents unsafe abortions that one would do to themselves. Lastly, the premise of making abortions illegal are generally based on religious beliefs which threatens the vital separation of church and state. Report this Argument

If abortion were banned would you be willing to financially and emotionally support all of the unwanted babies that would be born? Before you say their parents should remember the children were nor planned or wanted. What about in cases of rape or incest? Don't judge individuals personal decisions. That's not your job.
