Should bartenders be held responsible for the behavior of their patrons?

Bartenders are simply people who are fulfilling their role in society. It is up to the patron in order to make the decisions as to whether they indulge or not. Someone wouldn't deny more profit for their business, meaning it doesn't make sense to leave a bartender out of that group.


I think they should be held responsible at least to some extent. if something happens on their premises then they should be held responsible but if the patrons have a drink then leave and do something illegal then they shouldn't
