Con I think they should be paid but not large amounts because there will be no point in making it to the pros Report this Argument Pro I shall argue for college athletes to be paid. I presume round 1 is acceptance. Report this Argument

College athletes are amateurs. Not including scholarships, they can't be paid, or else they're not allowed to play on a college team and are considered professional athletes.

I think pro has no chance on this debate.
