Interesting idea.

But the government doesn't need to implement any tax rebates for people without kids. Those people already have way more money than the parents with kids because they don't need diapers, formula, baby clothes, car seats, cribs, strollers, daycare, babysitters etc etc.

When you have kids you are broke anyways so, if you don't have any you are rich compared to people with kids
