Con

Self-driving vehicles should NOT be available at all because they steal jobs from drivers (for examples, taxi and truck drivers). Not only that, but they have been proven to choose who to kill, which is both immoral and evil, about as evil as a serial killer. The self-driving vehicles also would make people not knowing how to drive anymore, which is another possible negative side effects of letting self-driving vehicles on roads. I vote no on self-driving vehicles, and they should have NEVER existed.

Self Driving Cars (SDC) take jobs, but workers out of desperation, will find a new job from someone else or create a job themselves.

You did not cite vehicles choosing to kill. Instead, SDCs can help prevent 90% of car accidents (if every non SDC car was replaced by an SDC car). 2500 people can be saved between 2014 and 2030 from the SDC increased presence (http://www.businessinsider.com...). This might not sound like much, but it is only with 10 million SDCs. The more of them there are, the more lives will get saved. This means every 400 SDCs that get created means 1 life gets saved. This seems small, but if you compound that for 200,000,000 cars, enough for most Americans, then 500,000 lives get saved from SDCs.

People would still learn how to drive in order to reduce accident rates.

If we have SDCs for everyone and we program them with caution, the chance for a decision between who to kill might be very slight

Ummm did you not understand the article on self-driving cars are choosing who to kill?
The article is saying that people are programming cars so that in life-death situations they can make correct decisions that humans can not due to the split second nature of it. It's not stating that self driving cars are actively going out to hunt people down to run over it's that if someone suddenly walks in front of the car the self driving car has to decide whether to sacrifice the life of the pedestrian or save the pedestrian and kill the driver in a crash...
Also the argument that it will kill jobs is very weak and it has seen many iterations over the years. When machines were first introduced to farming people thought that it would get rid of so many jobs but it didn't. It actually created more jobs.
