0.3% of murders in the US are from shootings that aren't domestic violence and 4 or more are dead. The vast majority of the 0.3% are from semi-automatic assault rifles, the vast majority of the 99.7% are from handguns. So should we ban handguns since they are responsible for almost all shooting deaths in us? No, because we all know that's absurd, most of those who argue for gun control want to ban semi-automatic assault rifles because of A: not as popular
B: They don't understand the purpose of owning an ar15, which is self-defense, hunting, and what the second amendments primary purpose is overthrowing a tyrannical government. As Abraham Lincoln said "This country, with its institutions, belongs to the people who inhabit it. Whenever they shall grow weary of the existing government, they can exercise their constitutional right of amending it or exercise their revolutionary right to overthrow it."
Also as proven, banning assault rifles will force killers to get more creative with their deadly massacres, with bombs and gas weapons instead of guns which are much less deadly as ar 15 semi-automatic assault rifles.
