Stress can have negative effects on the human body in mental, Physical, Emotional and behavioural ways. This is scene through many side effects that many people research about and find. Even though scientists have now discovered that stress can have positive effects on the human body there are more negative effects that are harmful and dangerous. Stress is key for survival, But too much stress can be detrimental. Indeed, Stress symptoms can affect your body, Your thoughts and feelings, And your behaviour.


Stress increases how your brain goes and thinks in many positive ways. It can help you and push you to do bigger and better things. For example it boosts your brain energy through stress leading to cells pushing you to try and do your best.
