Kiwi, In of itself, Is known as a superfruit. It is very healthy, Even with the calcium content of 2 oranges. Its green color is of universal appeal and is easy to eat, Especially with a spoon. Universally, It has great taste, Is healthy, And is served in a good portion.

Even though kiwis have half the sugar of mangoes, They are sweeter and have a more fulfilling taste. Mangoes intrinsically pale in comparison to kiwis.

@neonoctopus - Yes that's absolutely true. Pomegranates are the best health-wise. National Geographic even did a small little article on it about 2 or 3 years ago.

Who cares as long as it's baked with a crumble topping and served with either custard or ice cream.

Black currants on top of a deep creamy cheesecake would be an excellent alternative.
