https://www. Youtube. Com/watch? V=NEHZrpzMhN4 - 10 reasons why the bible isn't a well-written book - The Atheist Voice Hemant Mehta
4. "It's not easy to understand. We shouldn't need theologians and pastors to explain all of this material to us if god felt it was that important. " continuing "If you show me 100 different christians, I'll show you 100 different christianities. If all these people think god is saying very different things, That's partially his fault as a communicator. "
5. "It's not consistent. There are so many contradictions throughout the bible. "
6. "It doesn't make any clear predictions. "
7. "It lacks knowledge that humans at the time could not have had. The bible is only as accurate as of the people of the time. Isn't that a coincidence? It says nothing about modern astronomy or mathematics or medicine. "
8. "The characters make no sense. If you read really great books the main characters are very complex. You know the heroes often have flaws, The bad guys have good intentions. In that sense, The bible doesn't even bother with complex characters. "

Prove that the bible is a well-written book and is easy to understand by everyone and should be read by everyone.

This argument is about whether the Bible is a well or poorly-written book. Based on past debates, It is clear that you are an atheist, Even if it were not in the profile settings on your account page. Later on, I will discuss why the real question is about what religion has the correct explanations for the meaning of life. Nevertheless, First, The source was not reliable at all. It was a blogger who has delusions of no limits. His website is a complete nonsensical mess and was mainly a publicity stunt. I question whether he even believes in what he is arguing. You only provided one source, Which was casual in nature and not academic or reputable at all. The source has also posted a video arguing for religion to be banned. This is hypocritical because atheism was banned for a long period of time. Next, The specific points he makes are absolutely ridiculous. (Note: You did not even include all the points in the argument. I will address and refute every single one of these absurd concepts. )
1. "It is not well organized" What? The reason it may be to you, "All over the place" is that you A. Have not even read the bible, Or B. Do not comprehend that the Bible is highly metaphorical! The Bible is not a literal instruction book about how life should be lived. It uses metaphors instead. This entirely cancels the notion that it is all over the place. The answer is simple: it needs to be!
2. There are no pictures: This is plain crazy! Does the Bible seem to be a children's picture book to you? ! No, Of course not! The text supplies all the necessary information required. Also, Most Bibles have maps and timelines at the end of the book.
(Note: all the points from here do not contain any specific information, Then literally only has one statement. If you do not believe me, View the video and see for yourself. )
3. It is not very specific: I do not even have to refute this because it is refuted by point number 10! Anyway, The Bible is specific; that is common knowledge and common sense.
4. It is not easy to understand: While some parts may be slightly confusing, The Bible is a complex book and needs to be that way because of its spiritual and religious nature.
5. It is not consistent. It was required to be that way because the Bible was written over a period of over a thousand years.
6. It does not make any clear predictions. This is utter rubbish. It clearly states the nature of heaven and hell and the specific punishments and rewards for behavior.
7. It lacks knowledge that people at the time could not have had. Again, This has to do with the Bible being highly metaphorical in its sort.
8. The characters do not make any sense. I do not even know where to start with this senseless proposition. First, It does not even state which ones do not make any sense. Two, There is scientific evidence that all the physical characters did truly exist.
9. It is too repetitive: The Bible needs to make the same point many times to demonstrate and highlight the said fact's importance.
10. It goes too far with the stories: This refutes false idea number three and does not even have the most trivial amount of merit. The stories are essential to the purpose of the Bible.
Now, Let's refute atheism itself.
The idea that something was created from nothing is illogical. I know this was really a religious debate, Rather than what the title of this debate suggests.

Guess where I stopped reading teeny bopper because you pretended to know everything that there is to know but know absolute 0% of nothing and thus invented excuses and lied and I truly hate liars of all kinds because you have to protect the embarrassments that is your unproven storybook character fabled fantasy undefined whatever supposed "god" OF PRINT ONLY from a BOOK, Namely your bible in which case no idiot genuine true god would ever use a BOOK namely text/ the written word in the first place to communicate it's messages to man which is the absolute worst way possible for a genuine honest "god" to do as such. And ah yes, You, You a true imbecile and a moron doesn't even know the "why"? So according to you, Your "god" that you cannot even define is an idiot and a moron in which case nobody in the entire existence of the human race has ever been able to prove this whatever "god" even exists. Regardless, This unproven, Undefined "god" that you idolize and worship (which is completely bankrupt and immoral) can never prove its existence anyway. Duh.
Guess what teeny bopper, We're done.

Isn't it amazing how generally speaking, And Pew Research Center the very best poll company in the world is correct with its poll, That those who are religious have an average of a 15% lesser education than those who are not? Also those who are younger in age have an even lesser education for obvious reasons?

It articulates the idea that all humans have divine worth. An idea that was 1700 years ahead of its time.

Thats because its not "a" book. Its a collection of books that were compiled in an attempt at some chronological order. Theyve also been translated and retranslated from latin to greek to old english to new english and half a dozen other languages.
