If you actually studied moon phases, You would know that the lunar cycle is 29. 5 days, Whereas the lunar orbit takes 27. 3.
First, This proves your ignorance.
Second, It disproves your claim. Lunar phases are equal amounts of time apart because they are fully independent of the lunar orbit.

on the globe the stars are far away that they hit earth parallel. / the north star stays in the same position even when the earth is on the opposite side of the sun 180 million miles away. / 2 people 180 million miles apart should be able to look at the north star through straws and they would be holding their straws parallel with eachothers straws. And even if they are on the same earth. Example someone at the north pole looking directly up at the north star through a straw would be holding their straw parallel to someones straw pointing at the north star on the horizon from the equator. And this is for anywhere on earth/ someone at the 45 north latitude looking at the north star through a straw should be holding his straw parallel with the straws at the north pole and equator looking at the north star. And they tell us the sun moves in a straight path across our sky everywhere on earth on that day. Lets say you are on the 45 North latitude. On the day of the equinox. The sun should rise dead east and move in a straight line path across your sky towards directly west and the sun should reaches highest in your sky 45 degrees above your south horizon. . . . Ok Then WHERE IS THE STAR THAT MOVES LIKE THIS. . On the globe earth there should be a star in your sky anywhere on earth that moves in a straight line path EVERY NIGHT. - think of using a telescope on a stand that cannot tilt up or down. You should be able to line this telescope up with a certain star in your sky and follow it from directly east to directly west with out needing to adjust the tilt of the telescope. - if you are at the equator of the globe earth using this telescope to follow the straight path star you would be laying on your back to follow the straight path star that moves east to west and reach highest in the sky DIRECTLY above your head. -now lets look at the north pole. The straight path star when standing at the north pole should be Directly on your horizon. / you can follow the star in a straight path by lining up your telescope "that can't tilt up or down" parallel with the ground to follow the straight path star making a 360 around you. - now lets look at the 45 North latitude. :) when at the 45 N, Latitude the straight path star that moves east to west should reach highest in your sky 45 degrees above your south horizon. the zodiac are equal days apart the earth apparently orbits the sun on a ellipse orbit. /the sun is not in the middle of the earths orbit. This would mean spring equinox to summer solstice should take longer than fall equinox to winter solstice/ unless the earth orbit changes speed during its orbit. How ever. The zodiac / the star constellations change at equal speed. The zodiac star constellations are all equal days apart.

another slap in the face for the globe earth is the moon phases alone. . . You can google image 1000's of pictures of a crescent moon seen at night time and a full moon during the day. A crescent moon can be seen due south of you between 9 pm and 3 am when the moon is apparently on the opposite side of the earth as the sun. . .
