What do you mean? There has to be truth or else everything is relative and we could not know anything.

Can you prove your existence?

Absolutely Skye2468. This is a nonsense, Self refuting claim as well as being a stolen concept fallacy. It"s like trying to deny existence itself, To do so you need to use concepts which are found from existence, And need to exist to even utter the statement. These Post Modernist claims are intellectual poison.

What are we living in if there are no real truths?
Our laws of science dictate the premise of our very existences; what does it mean if those aren't Absolute, Unchanging truths?
At no point in history have the laws of science changed. So it is our perception that they are absolute. If they are not, If either history is somehow being rewritten to fit the facts, Or the laws are conforming to history, What difference does it make?
Our perception will always be that whatever laws we perceive are absolute truths. If they aren't. That doesn't make any difference in our existence. We might as well live as if the things we perceive are absolute truths, Because they will always appear that way to our perception.

If there is no real truth. Then the statement that there is no real truth is actually false, Because it can't be true since there is no real truth.

There are many truths. Some are whole and some partial. The problem is the ones that are incomplete and the ones that are complete can both fade to become no longer real. It is never the truth that was lacking.

Self refuting, False. How do you know that you are right if there is no truth? By the statement you made alone you immediately falsify it because you literally tore the premise out from under your proverbial feet and put your proverbial foot directly into your mouth.
