The word Freedom in Africa is just but a fairy-tale, From warlords to presidents no one has ever tasted freedom. Often times the notion "do not be violent, For the pen is mightier than the sword" but for years this has yielded no results. Diplomacy has failed to rid this continent of brutes and corrupt leaders, Hell bent on fattening their bellies. Which is why I strongly agree with the motion that states "war is the only peaceful way to attain real freedom".
"Peaceful" is a word that I do not associate with "war". War is anything but peaceful. Murder of innocents, Destruction, And devastation is never a way forward. It shows that diplomatically we do not have the tolerance or patience to handle dictatorship. How can a country say that we are doing what is right by destroying their civilization? It's old fashioned to think that peace can only be achieved through war (the antonym of peace), And new approaches should be taken to seek it.
