What is the best site for scientific (university run double-blind controlled studies) for articles and information on weight training techniques and supplements? I'm not interested in bodybuilding sites that are obviously accepting sponsorship money from companies selling supplements, but a site that is interested in hard science. http://dealhack.net...

Many web sites try to over complicate the process. As long as you're eating as much as you can and ensuring a lot of that includes protein, then you will gain muscle.
