Tariffs are meant to be hardline counter active approach for foreign policies and economic development, Even if it have a negative outlook or approach. Tax added value goods and services.

Quotas are meant to sustain the well-being of the economic climate of a domestic nation as they forbid a certain goods and services from being dramatically overtaken a particular industry. With that regards keeping the market of that particular goods and services still lucrative?
