 Pro  Con I accept. The full Burden of Proof is on Pro. In Pro's first round he brings up the rail system, but under Modi the rail system that he has implemented has seen trains behind schedule's by hours and and has seen a dangerous price hike by over 14%, that is almost unaffordable to the average Indian. (http://www.washingtonpost.com...) Also, India has seen 15,000 deaths a year due to the train system that has been implemented showing that safety is a huge concern that Modi is not taking care of. (http://www.indianrailways.gov.in...) Under President Modi, the Asian Center for Human Rights has reported that there have been over 4,800 children rap cases a year. (http://www.christiantoday.com...) Kidnappings and Rape have also increased dramatically under Modi as well.  |
