How would a world be if we don't discriminate among us. We discriminate people on basis of color, Race, Ethnicity, Religious practices, Ideologies, Languages spoken, Financial status, Looks, Appearance and so on.
Why don't we feel all of us are born the same way? Why not we respect one other, Care for each other? How we started to discriminate? Why we discriminate? Isn't gender bias also a discrimination?
World peace could only be achieved by creating a world without any discrimination's.

I accept your debate and will argue as to WHY we discriminate, And also why it is necessary in some situations.

Throughout the entirety of history, Continuing to the present day and penetrating into the future, Humans have discriminated others for a variety of reasons, As you had stated before, Whether this be gender, Age, Race, Wealth, Or even eye color. Although, Looking from the outside, It may seem that this behavior is completely irrational, There is actually some basis as to WHY we do this.

Looking back thousands of years into our evolutionary history, Humans did not have the luxuries of fortnite, An abundance of food, And shelters that could protect them from nearly all types of weather, Predators, And war. Back then, Much of man's resources and energy was devoted to staying alive. They did not care about "discrimination", They simply worried about if they would be able to make it to the next day with their heart still beating. One significantly vital characteristic that humans received was a tribal instinct. This meant that others who appeared to be different could potentially pose as a threat to one's own survival. Combating these foreigners that could pose as threatening to one's survival could determine life or death, Thus was born this "tribal instinct".

Nowadays, We do not need to rely on these evolutionary traits meant for us to survive in the middle of a forest, As we have given ourselves nearly every basic survival necessity we could imagine. What does remain though, Are our instincts that dictate how we live. Due to the lingering tribal instinct. We instinctively tend to distance ourselves to those who seem to be different, Even if we do not know why. With our education though, Ever since we were younger, Many of us were taught to be more accepting, And as a result, We have learned to overcome the influence of our survival instincts.

I do not condone hatred for minorities, Etc solely based on appearance. But do think it is necessary to stay cautious. The tribal instinct was necessary for our survival, So when it kicks in, The cautiousness we get from it may actually save our lives and improve our odds of succeeding as a species, Especially when we venture out into more unknowns.

Thanks mate, For making this debate a more interesting one. I believe we learn history to know how our ancestors had lived their lives. It won't be likely good if we tend to follow the same way they lived their lives. Their way of living, Discriminating people who were different to them, Might have brought out social security to them, It evolved to be a tribal instinct on a period where people lived in forests, Suffered less technological support in terms of global communication and when they had no forms of supreme power or any government to provide them with security. They started discrimination as they feared the people who were different to them could cause any sort of harm to them, So they created two clans of people through discrimination, People who were like them and people who were different to them. This thus gave them the social security. It gained them support of people from whatever clan they belong, For all their activities. This is a form of life our ancestors might have lived based on history. They had no constitution, No rules or rights, No judiciary. Later after years, Based on power, Either by wealth, Health, Physical strength, Mental strength, People' support or wit, People who excelled, Slowly evolved to control the clan, They thus became kings. Kings could have abolished discrimination or people's social fear against people who were different to them, But they might have failed to do so, As it is that point which has made them the kings and by abolishing that they would lose power. These all from history could be accepted considering the social environment in which they were living at that period.

But slowly as technology evolved, Governments formed, Constitutions framed, It has become no necessary for anyone to fear on anyone as we are provided the social security by our constitution. It is clearly written, No discrimination and rights to equality in our constitution which fairly also supports my argument. Research by American psychological association on discrimination says it is essential to prevent discrimination for the benefit of human survival as discrimination causes hatred among people, It separates people as communities which is dangerous enough to create chaos on any social construct. Majority of the terrorists live or died as prime examples of discrimination, They when denied their rights to equality, When they feel isolated after discrimination, It creates frustration and anger on them so they revenge on our society. Mario balotelli, A famous footballer suffered racism, Being a popular figure, He couldn't escape from discrimination. Though governments provide social security and constitution frames no discrimination, We people should learn to follow that, We are provided education on that. It is no good to cause inferiority among people, Through discrimination. DO YOU THINK DISCRIMINATION MIGHT LEAD TO A BETTER LIFE FORM OR HELP FOR HUMAN SURVIVAL AND GROWTH? Definitely not. Untouchability even exist now across the world at villages and isolated islands. This could create more terrorists evolve from those places. Discrimination at any cost is not equivalent to diversity. People can follow unity in diversity but not in discrimination. It spoils global unity. It supports organised crimes in the name of racism. It provokes BULLYING. Psychologically it is not good to keep one side of people more privileged than the other. It is not acceptable that powerful people are greater than powerless people. This world is for all living creatures. Living equally, Without discrimination, Could reduce the wars. It would promote world peace. It would allow women to have their education equally like men, Gives them equal rights. It would make no terrorists to rise from a particular clan all over again. It would reduce psychological illness among inferior people who suffered discrimination. Are we discriminating people at our home? Doesn't we live happy at home? From home, We should take it to our streets, From streets to our cities, From cities to states, From states to countries and yes, Discrimination will be overridden by harmony. We should not listen to any dictator or tribal instinct anymore after knowing that it would cause no benefit for human survival and creates only hatred among people.
