You're such a loser, dude. I'm spewing hate and ignorance? You try to spew your Catholic garbage about your god's love, then come here and spew hate. You're a hypocrite. You have my pity. You just hate it that I have you completely figured out. Sucks to be you.

Maybe your parents made a mistake thus allowing one more nutt to roam the earth spewing hatred and ignorance! It's possible! Hmmmmm, maybe the abortionist missed and there was a comapassionate nurse standing by. Either way, a great injustice occured on your birthday. Pass the party hats and 12 candles!!!

Hey ming4sho! I'm hardly a debating master, as I have much to learn myself. There are really great debaters on this site though and I think you can learn a lot.

As for your situtation, good luck with it. If you're in high school, you're very young and raising a child is an enormous commitment. I hope you do what is right/best for you. Best wishes!

Hey solo thanks for the run. This was my first debate. My profile is completely absurd. Im in high school and we are taking a debate class, so I thought I try it out before I get infront of the other students. I thought it was interesting when you said "You can imagine how you'd feel all you like, but when it comes down to it, you just don't know until "it" is happening to you..." because I am actually 4 and a half months pregnant...unplanned. I was one of those people who "liked having sex." And really, abortion is up to the positioned one. But it just wasn't for me. You made excellent points. Thank you for showing me how it's done!

Parse for spaces.
If no space after 90 characters, insert one.

Con Women who are sexually active should take responsibility for their actions. Report this Argument Pro Abortion is a matter that the Con associates with irresponsible sexual activity, which is not always the case. My argument will be based on the fact that abortions are not always a result of irresponsibility. Report this Argument
Con ming4sho forfeited this round. Pro Sometimes a dangerously complicated pregnancy requires an abortion to save the life of the pregnant female. Sometimes rape prompts an abortion. Sometimes the reality of raising a child becomes "real" once pregnancy occurs and potential parental abilities are assessed to be poorer than previously imagined, which results in a responsible abortion. There are many reasons why abortion has nothing to do with being irresponsible. Also, my opponent only makes mention of a woman's involvement. Con Responsibility of the men is not as strong as a woman's. Although the men who are sexually active are just as responsible as the women for a pregnancy, obviously women are the ones who would carry the consequences for the most part. If a woman was seriously concerned about becoming pregnant, she would assure her protection while being sexually active. <> However, that female has the choice to take Plan B (a day-after pill which can help prevent unwanted pregnancy up to 72 hours after unprotected sex). <> If a person was not emotionally strong enough to handle a pregnancy, that female should have resisted temptation and waited for a more prepared or suitable time period to become pregnant! Parental ability and responsibility should have been assessed before becoming sexually active. Pregnancy isn't something a person can just "take back" or "undo."
