was an egg that cracked, a chicken that died or an egg that never hatched?

Okay, to clarify are we talking about the abortion of a chicken or the abortion of a human being? Obviously any farmer can go out to his chicken house and grab a chicken and cut his throat, skin it, clean it, and eat it for dinner. There is absolutely nothing morally wrong about this. So whether or not a chicken's baby is growing inside of an egg and you kill it to eat an egg, has nothing to do with what is morally wrong because we are totally allowed to kill chickens and eat them. Weather in meat form or in yolk form. But if we are talking about a human being everything changes. First of all human beings do not grow and form inside of an egg, rather they form inside of the womb of a mother. So a cracked egg would be equal to splitting open the stomach of a woman. It is morally wrong to kill a person. We all know that, and that is why we have laws against murdering a human. If you kill a chicken it is not murder, but if you kill a human it is murder. So the question now is, at what point is a human a human? What makes us human? I would venture to say that what makes us human is our own conscience, our volitional decisions, a heart that beats and blood that flows. If one was to venture to say that you are not human if you are not fully formed, then you would have to call a lot of handicapped people unhuman. Many people have been born without limbs or with deformed limbs or other body parts. There are also many people that have lost limbs In the Heat of battle. Does this make them any less human? If it does not make them any less human, then that must mean that those things are never what made them human in the first place. So my question is this, what exactly do people that have been born already have that a baby inside of the womb does not have that makes people who have been born more human?

a fetus is a fetus

im not arguing its immoral to eat eggs.. do you kill an egg to make an omelet?

your a fool

an unborn offspring of a mammal, in particular an unborn human baby more than eight weeks after conception.
synonyms:embryo, unborn baby/child

A fetus is simply an unborn baby, or an unborn human. To kill a fetus, or unborn baby, is still murder. A human is a human, born or unborn.

so you agree that an unborn baby is an egg that never hatched.. therfore not a chicken that died

No, a human baby in the womb has nothing to do with an egg. Babys form in wombs not egg shells like a chicken. The egg shell shelters the forming chicken but is not the chicken itself. The ovary, or egg of a woman, gets fertilized and becomes a forming baby itself. Either way, chicken or human, a baby is forming. And may i emphasize a HUMAN BABY! Whether it is fully formed or not does not make the baby less human.

FYI most chicken eggs that are eaten are actually unfertilized eggs, and will not become a chicken. It is simply a chicken period. But if that egg is fertilized it is a chicken forming inside of an egg.
