why change something that works were able to weed out the people without the drive and commitment to sit through several hours of testing for a better future
Exams help dictate the intelligence of an individual, further helping them in many other areas. An exam is just a gateway to your future. A necessary gateway as it would be.
are u seriously writing your debate in the comment section . People arent mistaken in the way they interpret it. u just interpret it differently. Obviously an examiner is hired on the basis they are trustworthy and not petty.
Yes there is no doubt about the exam to be the best way of assesment as they helps in the evaluation of our self. But people are always mistaken to interpret the correct meaning of examination. They think that giving a paper n pen wid a set of some questions they can examine others knowledge,talent or wisdom but to my mind this is totally a misconception. its not necessary that a person giving above 90% in results is really a genius person or very talented one. May be he is just a rattu tota then what was the meaning of taking exam. And i am also 100% sure that the examiner didnt also want to qualify the so called rattu totas. Then what to do????
To sort out this firstly we need a change in the pattern of taking exam. I m not justifying that there should be no written exams but what i want to put forward is that only these exams should not be let to assess some one. In todays world there is a dare need of practicioners not those who r good at theory only. So to check the practicality the current form of examination isnt upto the mark. We need a change in it. And once again i will say that exams are the best form of assesment.
