I think it would'nt of matterd who was president the war still would of happend. Bush did'nt cause war. If bush had'nt retailadted we would have been fourise, but now that he did we're still enraged.

On September 11, 2001 at 8:35 A.M. the first passenger jet flew into the north tower of the World Trade Center. At 9:03 A.M. the second jet flew into the south tower of the World Trade Center. When George W. Bush was told about this second jet he sat quietly reading "My Pet Goat" to school children for another 8 minutes.
The Congress decided to go to war it has to be passed through them .

pro, you pretty much agreed with con when you said 'As I told you before Bush's Administration voted for the war so lets not blame Bush for all the nonsense' so there for bush would have NOT caused the war.
