Pro

By making gay marriage illegal, you are taking away gay couples' rights for hospital visits, to inherit property, to refuse to testify against his or her partner, etc. There is no valid reason for taking these rights.

Con

None of this is true. By denying gay marriage to homosexual couples, they are simply being denied a "Union in Holy Matrimony". All they need to do is get a Civil Union. With a Civil Union, they receive all rights and privileges that a married couple do.
