 Pro It is not unconstitutional to regualte fully automatic weapons, This is the reason full auto weapons are rarely used in crimes they are restricted. Restrict semi automatic weapons in the same way and you will find a similar result Con |

Pro My constitutional solution would allow respsible people to own these weapons after proper back round checks, The way we do this is to simply reclassify all semi automatic weapons into the category destructive weapons and fully automatic weapns are oh and handguns too Con |
