EU is a corrupt union. People can not decide their politicians. I live in sweden and if all countries except for sweden said that toxic waste would be transferred to sweden I would have no right to not accept it, Therefore it is not democratic. Almost all of the politicians in the parliament I can not decide if they are to stay in their psition or leave because i can only vote for 10 of the politicians. They censure the internet making memes illegal, If a country decides to leave they have no problem stopping medecine to that country. They only care about their own positions. That is why we need to abolish the union or leave, But it does'nt mean stop trading and close the borders it means freedom from a growing superpower, It is not long before we have security cameras in our bathrooms. Against the european union, For a nations europe. Lets take back our continent.
Without EU, The nightmares of last century will be back again in the form of trade wars between EU countries. Member countries have to make small sacrifices in return for larger benefits. If not for EU, The volatility in financial markets or global trade wars could result in devastating effect for smaller countries. Ex: Greece was bailed out during 2008 financial crisis. As for the fears of internet censure, I bet any Govt would do it citing security issues. However, If the Govt uses that data to infringe on your fundamental rights, Then it would make a strong case for fighting against censure. Or else, It doesn't matter. Since EU is bureaucratic, It's not understood well by common public. Brexit wouldn't have happened if EU was more accessible to people. Having said that, The EU has to become more transparent and accountable to allay fears of people. |

The EU is trying to censure the internet because unlike a wealthy newspaper anyone can write on the internet and they don't like people saying their opinions but not only that they want to tax the internet, The european unions is trying to divide our once united nations(I am not talking about UN) but of course they're the EU, They did not do it good. Freedom of speech is the most important thing we have and they try to take it from us. Not to talk about the refugee crisis they caused. We don't change the people of our countries we change the politicians.
Historically, Europe was never united. World war 1 and 2 were a result of in-fight between European nations. So blaming the EU for disunity among member nations is being naive. Europe has prospered a lot because of the EU. The currencies, And thereby economies, Of smaller nations would have gone bust without the mighty shield of the Euro. The internet and social media are not one and the same. Social media like Facebook is one the applications of WWW, Which in-turn is one of the applications on the internet. I don't think free speech is curbed by the EU because it's cannot control it. The copyright issue is different from free speech. Did the EU's directive violate any of the fundamental rights? No. The refugee crisis is not caused by the EU. It's a result of ongoing war in Syria. Germany had invited thousands of refugees as did Greece. Did the EU object? No. Because they have no business to interfere in this matter. Overall, Your argument that the EU is acting against people and some of the member nations is unfounded. |

Representative democracies are still a form of democracy. If there's an actual real-world issue where you can demonstrate the lack of representation that you get compared to other countries, Perhaps it'd be a good point in your favor to bring it up?
Is the medicine denial thing real or another fantasy? What about the meme thing? I'm quite certain I've met some Swedish people who make memes.
You really need real-world examples to be taken seriously. The US Congress could make pedophilia legal if they wanted to. That they may possibly do so doesn't somehow make this less of a democracy. There are no laws to say congressional bodies cannot change laws. In fact, That's kind of what they exist for.
If you actually have links to real-world scenarios then you have a shadow of a point.
