I believe yes because your on a different network and then makes since why to block when you reach school grounds


I'm assuming that you mean school computers.
I do not believe that this should happen, because school computers are meant to be used for educational use only, not for playing games, checking "Instant ham" and looking at memes. The usage of such websites slow down computers, and would make the intended use of the computer, schoolwork, much less inefficient. Unblocked websites on school computers would let students get distracted by websites that are unneeded in school situations.
