Denying that arguments are evidence leads us to a radically empiricist position, Too extreme to be accepted.

Well, On an 'individual perspective,
I suppose that arguments are evidence of a sort.
But there 'is a difference between 'claims and 'evidence, I'd think.

I'd say that there's strong evidence, And weak evidence.
And unsubstantiated claims, Are 'weak evidence.
As differented by substantiated claims.
That a woman has a mans torn skin under her fingernails, Is 'strong evidence that he murdered her.
That someone 'claims they saw the man enter the house, Is 'weaker evidence.
A high definition video camera recording, Would be strong evidence.

Hm, So I suppose arguments 'are evidence, But it's 'still weak evidence, Unless backed up by something more. Logic, Fact, Physical proof, Other testimony.
