When I say the word Fat Loss, What is the first word that comes to your mind? The common answer that I got was Cardio. The traditional trainers believe that cardio is only the key to weight loss. Strength training is considered important only for muscle building. The good news that I have for you today is that you can use strength training for fat loss.
