Just learned about this and it's rather interesting.
"The American Service-Members' Protection Act (ASPA) is a United States federal law introduced by US Senator Jesse Helms (R-NC) and Representative Tom DeLay (R-TX)[1] and signed into Law by George W. Bush on August 2, 2002...It authorizes the President to use "all means necessary and appropriate to bring about the release of any US or allied personnel being detained or imprisoned by, on behalf of, or at the request of the International Criminal Court". This has led to the nickname The Hague Invasion Act,[3][4] since such freeing of US citizens by force might only be possible through an invasion of The Hague, Netherlands"

Opinions? Of both the ICC and the ASPA legalizing the invasion of the Netherlands?

Who can say otherwise? They're our troops, and up to us if we care or not care for them.

And you wonder why Europe hated Bush.
