Should Police Fall Under the Third Amendment?

Wording of the Third Amendment:
No Soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the Owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law.

I believe for the sake of the argument of quartering in the house, it meets the intent.

What do you think?

That is only the case if it's in time of war. Read it again.
