Should the constitution apply only to American Citizens?

Why or why not?
The extinction of the species is worse than the extinction of the nation, which is worse than the extinction of the tribe, which is worse than the extinction of the family, which is worse than the extinction of the individual. The second he reverses that list of priorities, he becomes a coward, and would be summarily disposed of by any civilized society that values its own survival.

erf what a question, it should, but it MUST apply to all, wow what a can of worms.
it should because we are legally here, in some cases tax payers and some even fought and lost their lives for it, we have 'skin in the game'
it MUST apply to all to prevent the abuse that would happen if it didn't and the fast erosion of the constitution.

I like this answer. It's problematic but I like it.

Do you think "America first" means American citizens first?

Not necessarily, since what benefits the country doesn't just benefit it's legal citizens. Parasites are greatly benefited from a health host.
In certain times we have been "enablers" and meddlers which turned out to be harmful. America first should also mean clean up the crap in your own yard before complaining and messing with the neighbors yard.

No, well, kind of no.

Because on the one hand, you don't want the constitutional provisions for voting, and probably hand guns to apply to non-citizens, you don't want it to be possible to keep foreign nationals as slaves, not have them subject to due process, or punished cruelly and unusually.

....each of these aliens has enjoyed such advantages as accrue from residence here without renouncing his foreign allegiance or formally acknowledging adherence to the Constitution he now invokes. Each was admitted to the United States, upon passing formidable exclusionary hurdles, in the hope that, after what may be called a probationary period, he would desire and be found desirable for citizenship. Each has been offered naturalization, with all of the rights and privileges of citizenship, conditioned only upon open and honest assumption of undivided allegiance to our government. But acceptance was and is not compulsory. Each has been permitted to prolong his original nationality indefinitely....

No, the constitution is our social contract. Social contracts proscribe burdens and benefits, the burdens are things like jury duty, conscription, paying taxes, etc. The benefits are protection of your rights. You can't be a recipient of the benefits of the contract while taking on none of the burdens. Only citizens currently take on the burdens in our contract. As far as the rights of foreign nationals, that is why we have international agreements.
