It's nice to see him taking Jesus's teachings about humility and piety to heart. It went something like "the private jet owners shall inherit the earth", right?

American Christianity gets some bad press over here in the UK, what with the Tea Party and the Republican Christian right. Is this sort of thing an example of Christianity in America or is it just that the media picks up on its worst elements. We do have some right wing Christians here but nothing that extreme.

He found them (*snicker*), they were donated, he bought them with funds not tied to the church, etc. - do we know prosperity gospel has anything to do with those three jets? Dont get me wrong you may be right, but I'd rather not jump to conclusions.

The inept mental illness of the pseudo-christian is shown ad infinitum on DEBATE.ORG Religion forum. Who can honestly state that a Christian is not mentally disturbed when they accept their Jesus, as Yahweh God incarnate, as a brutal serial killer of innocent babies , children, and blatantly causing abortions, as proven within the scriptures?

Therefore, this same disturbed mental state that a pseudo-christian has, can easily give to Jesse Duplantis' fund for his godly needed 54 million dollar private jet! :(

I agree. Even among the most educated elite of western societies there are those just ready to be suckered. The "reverend" Jimmy Jones had among his followers , teachers, doctors and scientist unless I have him mixed up with that other religious nutcase Koresh, all the same, they nearly all ended up dead.
But, if it has to be, I would rather they be suckered by this guy than a mad mullah ordering the deaths of Journalist, Authors and Cartoonists.

Yes, it says that as well. A suggestion to those with whom have nothing but time to gripe about the things they cannot understand, is to try and understand perhaps it's not their time.
