8/29/2013 10:41:19 PM Posted: 7 years ago Oregon has a solid chance this year. They do not have a hard schedule, though the "challenges" they do have are towards the end of the season, where it matters more. Also, they still have all their offensive weapons from last year and are starting at #3. So long as they don't choke, they should go to the Pac-12 championship game against a top 15 team (Arizona or USC, one of them will be up there by then, probably USC). A victory there should put them to #1 or #2 for the BCS.
Also, I love seeing powerful offenses going against powerful defenses, so it would be a good game. "Wanting Red Rhino Pill to have gender" |

8/31/2013 12:43:06 AM Posted: 7 years ago Kansas St., who was in the Top Ten last year (even briefly #1), just lost to twice-defending FCS Champion ND St.
My preseason Top Ten for this year is: 1. Alabama- Twice-defending champion with most of its pieces back 2. Oregon- I think that Oregon should be able to rely on its talent to weather Chip Kelly's departure 3. South Carolina- Connor Shaw is one of the more underrated QBs 4. Georgia- Very solid team that was one play away from playing for (winning) a national title a year ago 5. Stanford- Very good team that always seems to outperform preseason expectations 6. Louisville- Should go 12-0 in the relatively weak AAC 7. Florida St.- May have lost EJ Manuel, but return 18 junior and senior starters 8. Clemson- Tajh Boyd should be a Heisman frontrunner this year 9. LSU- Overlooked by many, but should be near the top of the SEC 10. Texas A&M- Johnny Football will not be quite as great after an eventful offseason |
