this is true because negative advertisements will make many effect for the parties and the voter because it will make the voter feel that they are gullible by the parties and they will never trust again with the parties it is mean that the party will decrease they supporter to win in the election and not only that if the negative ads not ban it will make the young generation will imitate they habit to under estimate other party so it's mean that they learn about bullying...
