Should secondary language speakers take mandatory language classes?
Mexicans, the French, Russians, and other people that have the ability to speak multiple languages have the right not take mandatory language classes in order to graduate because we have already learned a second language, our native and our foreign language ex. I'm Mexican, and I learned both Spanish and English while growing up....
