    The costs of implementing IP rights are way more beneficial then its costs. By register IP right give them exclusive right to the owner. Big companyies like google and yahoo seems to make lots of money from it. Some people really make websites and make living from such a investments so I think there is greater returns for IP rights.

    No, the costs of implementing IP rights are not greater than the benefits. People would produce very little if they knew they could not keep the profits from their earnings. There would not be incentive to create new things. However, when people know they can earn money from their creations, they are more likely to develop new products and ideas. This creativity benefits all of us.
