School is, in a sense, suppose to simulate the work force. You are told what to do and when to do it, just like your boss. In middle school, they add getting up early. Well, the work force is not same sex. So we do need to teach males how to work with females and vice versa while they are young. There are different factors in the psychology of the different sexes, so we do need to teach them those differences.
