    Ethics are necessary for society itself, because we need ethics to be a civilized people. Human society needs it, and it needs to be more of a focus, and fast. Our society is going through a grave crisis, and this crisis can be averted, with a lot morality and ethics.

    Challenging economic conditions are increasing the risk of unethical practices in markets around the world, according to EY surveys Professional ethics concerns the moral issues that arise because of the specialist knowledge that professionals attain, and how the use of this knowledge should be governed when providing a service to the public. The negative effects of professional ethics is that it may be too rigid and a discouragement to the workers leading to turnover and go-slows thus less profit.
