Are security regulations for flying too strict: Are the regulations of what you can take onboard aircraft too strict?

  • Onboard regulations don't always make sense.

Certainly it is safer to fly when there are thorough inspections of take on luggage and bags. However, the rules have to make sense and really protect people. It does not seem true that not being able to bring on eight ounces of hand lotion is going to protect anyone at all. I think it is time to revise these rules to see what really offers protection.

  • No, it is not.

Security regulations are put in place to keep everyone feeling safe and secure. People already feel uneasy going way high into the air on a plane that could potentially stop at any moment, we do not need more things causing anxiety and fear. The security for on board aircraft is justified and makes sense.
