• I Love it

Computers will definitely not be able to substitute for teachers. Although a computer provides students with many illustrations for the lesson, it does not have emotion, which plays an important role in supporting students' mental development. While teachers can realize both positive and negative feelings of their students in order to adjust teaching methods to be more suitable, a computer fails to do this job. By offering encouragement, teachers can easily help their unsuccessful students improve study results.

  • Deal with it!

Computers are the future of our society. In today's world, computers do millions of things. Computers could be our teachers in the near future. If C3PO could teach young Anakin to build a pod racer, who is to say that we could not create such a device to help us learn?

  • Computers cannot replace teachers yet

While they may be able to store memory for a while and wont scream at you... They can get viruses and they need power. Not only that but they take material to create and what if a power outage happens what will the computers do . Not much huh? Also computers cant help with emotional problems and teachers would lose jobs and money... Wouldn't that stink??????? Yes it would. So there you have it they cant replace teachers... Even though some of us probably want them to

  • Yes because it is interactive.

It can give the student a pictorial representation which can help the students to understand better and properly. This for sure makes an improvement in studies rather than teachers wasting so much of energy, even for the students who cannot understand. Some students lag behind in studies because they are afraid to ask even if the teacher is ready to explain again and again. But when it is a computer, students can simply click again to understand . There can be tests on the internet to see how much you have learnt.

  • No computers cannot take the place of teachers!

Computers cannot take the place of teachers as what happens if we for gotten our password and what happens if we do not know where to go do we go social learning wall or go some where else? No one can live without a teacher because we sometimes do not know some new and interesting idioms ,verbs or words!

  • Teachers need to be replaced.

I think that becuse kids are moving on and just mabe they will be more interested in the electronic then to the person teaching the subject. Kids are moving on and so that is why I think teachers should be replaced with computers. Also kids hate to be bored and soot might be more fun for kids.

  • A slight possibility

One of the biggest reasons students commit suicide is because of the bullies at school, and because the think there teacher doesn't care about them. Besides, teachers can bully and hurt students, making fun of them. There was a teacher who made fun of a students hair, posting it on face book for her friends to laugh and make fun of. Lastly, criminals can pose as teachers and murder students easily, because some schools are so desperate for teacher.

  • Get a new job, ya bums!

JUST GET A BETTER PAYING JOBS, YA NON-MONEY MAKING BUMS! COMPUTERS RULE, TEACHERS SUCK! (Sorry teachers) THIS IS A NEW AGE OF NEW TECHNOLOGY! THIS IS ON THE COMPUTER! GET A BETTER JOB OR GO TO A SCHOOL WITH HUMAN TEACHERS! CREATE YOUR OWN SCHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL! JUST DO IT! DONT LET YOUR DREAMS BE DREAMS AnD JUST DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Of course, kids!

Technology is advancing, kids! Think about it! Computers can teach as well as teachers! It might make school days quicker, organize work, and teachers wont HAVE to lose their jobs! They can teach about how to use them! TECHNOLOGY IS ADVANCING! WHAT WILL YOU DO? WHY IS IT IMPORTANT, KIDS!? |=^) ^w^

  • Computers are gooood

    • Computers could help teach countries that teachers don’t want to go because of the pay
    • Teachers could be tired of marking
    • Computers knows more than teachers so you can type out what you want to find out and get the answer in seconds
    • Even when you are not at school you could learn
    • Students could explore theirselves
    • Students who are scared to ask their teachers question could use the computer to find out
    • They could save time
    Rebuttal: long time investment

  • I disagree with it

I disagree with it I think that teachers are our second parents. Teachers can share their knowledge with us. They mind our mistake at every step of our life. They can solve all our problems. They can feel our emotions, our feelings. Machine can't understand humans. They only gave solutions. So the role of teachers in our life is very important.

  • I disagree that teachers can be replaced by computers

Teachers share their knowledge by sharing it with students. Some queries cannot be solved by the computers. It has to be solved by the teacher. Teachers take class tests frequently which helps students to understand the topic in better way.Teachers take care of mental and physical health of the body and help us to remain conscious in class. So teachers can never be replaced by any computers or virtual classes.

  • Teachers are not, and cannot be automatons handing out information to students. They are leaders, guides, facilitators, and mentors.

There is an onslaught of technology on the modern classroom. Teachers, administrators, parents, and students alike are being told that technology is the whetstone with which we can all sharpen our education system. Technology can open doors, expand minds, and change the world.
That may be true, but it's not the panacea that it's been made out to be. As much innovation as the iPod may bring to the classroom, it's not going to replace a teacher anytime soon. In fact, the influx of technology like iPads means there is a greater need for teachers. We need teachers who are part early adopter, part integrator, and part mad scientist. The modern teacher must be willing to take chances and able to figure out how not just how technology works, but how it works for each student, and where its use is most appropriate.
Personalized tech-infused learning is the future of education. We started Endodermic to share the best education technology resources. Now it's no longer good enough to just share resources.
Teachers are not, and cannot be automatons handing out information to students. They are leaders, guides, facilitators, and mentors. They encourage students when they struggle, and inspire them to set and reach for their goals. They are role models, leading by example and giving direction when necessary. A computer can give information, but a teacher can lend a hand, or an ear, and discern what's necessary for a student to succeed, and to want to succeed.
So yes, technology is going to play a critical role in the future of education. But not as big a role as that of a teacher.

  • It is not fair

When teacher are replaced with computers many things may happen like the working will be less and most of the pepole will just sleep in thier houses without working and the greedness will be in evrey place and most of the pepole will not find any work and will be without money

  • Here are some things that a teacher can do

Here are some things that a teacher can do, but computers can't. Computers can't go to a student and explain something a different way if they still don't get it. I take online courses and most people at my school do. I have talked to many and they all say they would rather have face-to-face classes. Many also say they use the book and notes when taking tests, although they're not supposed to a computer doesn't have a degree in teaching. A bunch of people would lose their jobs and they wouldn't be able to make money to support themselves and/or their family. Not only that but the education of the students would most likely go down. A computer cannot keep order in a classroom so what would keep the students behaving? A lot of people need extra help as well and a computer can't do that. A computer would not be able to answer every question that a student might ask. Some students are visual learners while some are audio and a computer wouldn't be fit.

  • When we go to school teachers are like our parents

Computers can not be never, ever replaced with teachers ,if someone says so its crazy.Teachers may scold us but they do it for our own good,to make us a good citizen. They never hate us.Even by scolding they are trying to teach us about knowlege and about the life Remember that humans build the computer,so what i'am trying to say is that teachers can be never replaced with computers

  • I disagree with it

I think that teachers are our second parents. Teachers can share their knowledge with us. They mind our mistake at every step of our life. They can solve all our problems. They can feel our emotions, our feelings. Machine can't understand humans. They only gave solutions. So the role of teachers in our life is very important.

  • No They Can't

Computers Can't replace teachers, because teachers are man and man made computers. It is easier to learn through computers but they can't replace teachers. Computers have no emotions but teachers have emotions so they teach students in good way. In computers their is problem that It may be damage but in real sense teacher can't. If it is damage it can be away from a student for a Week, month or Year and their is a loss of students work

  • It can't replace

Because the teacher comes first to teach you everything she/he knows but computers are just there to help just a little
also teachers can understand students feelings but a computer cannot know how you feel cause it's a machine.
Also computers were never there they were invented by human beings

  • Computers cannot replace teachers at all

Some people believe the role of teachers started to fade because computers have been helping some students to progress in their studies quicker compared to studies in an original classroom. For example, in the same classroom, students have different intellectual capacities, thus some would be tied to a slow advance in their studies because of others’ incapability of understanding. In this way, pupils could progress in their acquisition of knowledge at their own pace using computers instead of learning from teachers.
However, the presence of a teacher is essential for students because the human contact influences them in positive ways. Firstly, students realize that they are not dealing with a machine but with a human being who deserves attention and respect. They also learn the importance of studying in a group and respect for other students, which helps them improve their social skills.
Teachers learn how each child works and they have feelings so they can relate to children. Computers would only be programmed to give certain answers to your questions, but teachers have logic and understanding to know how to handle certain issues and questions. Teachers also brings order to a class and to children, but a robot would be ignored and could even be broken by people. Children needs a relationship with people and robots can't be socialized or spoken to personally.
So, now can conclude that the role for teachers in the learning process is still very important and it will continue to be such in the future because no machine can replace the human interaction and its consequences.
