    Everything you do effect's your body and shapes you to who you currently are. For say if you were to be a smoker especially for a long while most likely you won't have the same Stamina to as if you had never smoked in your life, but not all habit's are necessarily bad like if you were a weight lifter or a gymnastic person you may have some upper advantage's and a few more thing's your capable of doing in your bedroom.
