Contraception for the purpose of reducing overpopulation: can the diffusion of condoms help save lives in the developing world?

  • Overpopulation is a problem.

Overpopulation is a serious problem. When there are too many mouths to feed hunger will become a common problem. Reducing mouths to feed will help with this. Therefore, it is a preventative measure to use birth control and stop this problem now. Condoms are one of the simplest ways to help with this problem.

  • Condoms undoubtedly save lives

Especially in cultures where women's sexual rights are routinely undermined, easy access to condoms will help save lives. It will do this by reducing unwanted pregnancies and abortions, by delaying the age of first pregnancy, and reducing the incidence of sexually transmitted disease. Not only the distribution of condoms, but the promotion of their use would help save lives.
