  • Nope that’s against the first amendment

    Killing someone for their beliefs even though they aren’t committing any crimes is against the first amendment. Besides “Neo Nazi” is such a broad terms because anyone can be labeled as one for any reason (such as voting for trump) and a lot of innocent people who did nothing wrong would get the death penalty.

    Since we label anyone a Nazi these days giving them the death penalty is a very dangerous thing to trh
