    Yes, I do get enough sleep, although it doesn't always feel like it. My body become accustom to at least 7 hours of sleep nightly. I notice the older I become, the less sleep is required for me to function. However, after several days of getting less than 5 hours of sleep, I'm in need of a nap.

    Everyday I wake up at 6am and continue to go until 1am the next day. That is a total of five hours of sleep a night, four if you count the hour it takes me to usually pass out. My husband requires medication at 6am so I can not ever sleep in, and after I wake up once I am always unable to fall back asleep until the 1am.
