  • The concept is the complete OPPOSITE of moral.

Anybody who has a trace amount or sliver of a moral compass should be able to determine that the hunger games are immoral. Rounding up people, including children, to force them fight to the death so their district gets more food than the other districts is very immoral indeed. The nature of the games is also very immoral, as the deaths are painful and excessively violent as well. The authorities whom run the games will even add in dangers and manipulate the competitors if the action dies down a lot which isn't exactly the definition of moral. So yes the hunger games are immoral as a concept.
