Does the book 𝘉𝘭𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘔𝘦 𝘜𝘭𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘢 incorrectly portray God and the Roman Catholic Church?
  • Yes It Does

There are several things wrong with this book in its portrayal of God and the Catholic Church. For starters, It portrays God as an unloving Creator who does nothing but make rules to follow and does not ever forgive. It also incorrectly says that Catholics pray to the Virgin Mary, Which is false. Roman Catholics venerate (honor) Mary and simply ask that she pray for them to God Himself. In addition to these, The author also incorrectly states that, According to Catholic statutes, A believer cannot ever have a free or questioning thought outside of what the church teaches, Which is utterly false since Vatican II, Which was before this book was written.
