• Yes i support mens then w2omens

I am not saying that womens are not better they are better in there fields and mens are in there fields and demotiveating women is not an solution for it compramising is a better solution then it better regards from SYED AHMED YAWAR at facebook too you can be .

  • Gender doesn't contribute to a factor in terms of who makes the better manager

There will definitely be some female managers who work better than male managers in this world, but there will also be some male managers who make better managers than females do.

It doesn't matter what gender you are because we all have a different persona and work ethics which contributes to the biggest factor of who makes a better manager rather than what gender you are.

  • It shouldn't matter honestly

It shouldn't matter if you're a man or a woman, as long as you can get the job done and do it well then there shouldn't be an issue on who's the manager. And its not that I say women can't, its that i disagree that women are better. Yeet

  • Don't gender bait

Quit making everything a gender problem. You can tell this person is a feminist, guys I meant people!
One minute you want equally then your stating women are better then men. Please make up your mind, its a bit hypercritical to say.
P.S This is utterly a stupid feminist argument

  • No. Absolutely Preposterous

Women by nature are more social, less confrontational, and less aggressive than men. This nature comes from natural motherhood that has developed from evolution. This results in women being less likely to fire a bad employee, less likely to push employees harder than male managers, and more likely to be satisfied with what definitely works so that they feel secure.

  • It's Not That Simple

You can find a lot of news articles that say women make better leaders based on certain studies, but these are designed to be click bait. The truth is women and men have different strengths and weaknesses when it comes to being mangers, and there are studies to support this as well. However, it should be noted that it depends on the individual whether or not they will be a good manager, not their gender.

  • They can be equal

Since someone has done women already I am putting no to make this equal. Men and women can both equally be good managers.

Gender does not matter in this situation. This shouldn't exist as a debate. I have no idea why it does @person who started it.
    Thank you all.
