If an inclusive, positive approach was adopted for all physical education classes, would it change public perception?

  • Absolutely, Education and fun

Any child who has had a poor experience in Physical education unfortunately carries this experience with them, transfers the negativity that they felt from poor teaching environments and prejudices any other physical activity, sport experience. However if this was reversed and they received experiences where they had co-operation with peers, solved activity problems and challenges, had fun with their peers and teachers and created a learning environment that no other subject on the curriculum could offer - what wouold the critics of physical education then say?
