Is a white top with black bottoms really a fashion don't?

    That is, if you don't mind looking like a waiter or waitress in eastern Europe. Just add a huge black wallet and the look is complete.
    But even people who are not in the restaurant profession will wear that colour combination (including the huge wallet) because it's just another colour combination like any other. Pants are more logically coloured darker so that smudges from sitting on dirty surfaces aren't visible. Black is therefore the most logical colour because you can't wear brown pants in Europe unless you want people to think you're a neo nazi, and blue pants like jeans mean that you either ARE a labourer, or you're just posing as one.
