Is attending an Ivy League school necessarily the epitome of intellectual and academic and scholastic and educational prowess?

  • No, not always the case.

Although making it to an ivy league school is an achievement and an accomplishment, I dont think for a minute that its the "be all" or "end all" of intellectual curiosity and endeavor. There are too many other factors,in my opinion, that dictate a candidate's acceptance and potential achievement at any academic institution. Every intellectual experience is subjective, and so is every individual, and there are many fine institutions that might be better options for individuals than the ivy league.
