• He is unchanging.

"Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever." Hebrews 13:8
"The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: but the word of our God shall stand for ever." Isaiah 40:8
"Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning." James 1:17
"I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last." Revelations 22:13
There are many more verses that says God is always the same.

  • If He is not, He is not the Christian God.

He is unchanging in his essential traits, and thus his ontology is the same. The only way He "changes", would be through his stream of consciousness. The Christian God's essential traits are His Benevolence, tripersonal nature, Omnipotence, Omniscience, and Transcendent. The only ways He has ever changed, was His becoming temporal following creation.
