I believe india was always a land of oppotunities & talent.
Indi a is a fastest growing economy in the world. And if we'll se after independence it was difficult for india to speedup the development, Because we were quite backwards in terms of development as compared to other countries. But still we did it.
And we have reach the level of strong countries and also crossed the other countries in lot sectors. Which is quite impossible to do after so many loss. And also there is lot of growth i every sectors. India is the only country where every year around 3000 enterpreneurs are ready with their startup.
Startups=opportunities for no. Of jobs.
I believe India is becoming the new Land of Opportunity. I believe India is growing stronger as a nation and increased economical interest in the area has done much to change the circumstances in the country. I believe they are in the process of modernization which does expand on their opportunities now and in the future
As far as opportunities are concerned India not lags behind. It is just a wrong assumption that west helps you make a better career which is totally wrong. Things are changed. Opportunities are now everywhere thing is to how to grab it. It totally depends on one's capacity. So according to me India is the land of opportunities.
The human mind sees only the dark side of the picture. Indian population is seen as a problem. India is described as the AIDS capital of the world. In any positive rating India comes at the tail end. It is quite depressing to know all this. But this is not the only truth.
To me India is a land of Opportunities.
No nation has the vast opportunities India has today. Only that they are in potential.
In the sixties there was a man in Cuddalore known as the Water diviner. He lived on one meal, as he rarely got a client to utilize his services and pay for it. He led an austere life by temperament. Life changed for him. Clients came in quick succession. He became scarce. He was appointed state water diviner. Calls came non-stop from all over the state. He was flooded with orders. He said he did in one year as much work as he had done in the previous thirty years. There was an American businessman doing business for $ 1 million a year. It was about the same time. He came to India to see his son. He stumbled upon a business of $ 70 Millions as if by luck. Later, it rose ten times in value. These opportunities were always there for the water diviner as well as for the American businessman. They were unaware of it. It was beyond their expectation or imagination. For some reason, both of them came into contact with the Spirit. The Spirit disclosed the unseen opportunities.
Tamilnadu has over 250 engineering colleges. How was it possible for so many to sprout, especially when we know at the dawn of Freedom there was only one engineering college. Where did the funds come from? To found these institutions needs a capacity for organisation. Some ten or twenty years ago no one saw these potentials. Now they are there. They are opportunities in the field of education.
The truth is opportunities are there in all fields, social, educational, commercial, financial, professional, medical, urban, rural, software and in every conceivable field. A certain awareness – a social awareness – is needed to see them and avail of them. As these are known facts, they need not be enumerated here in detail or to exhaustion. The only point I wish to make is OPPORTUNITIES are there all around us. Some people exploit them. Sometimes many people avail of them. In that sector we see the country move ahead quickly and marvelously. We hear of people in Tirupur supplying knitwear all over India and Sivakasi getting printing orders from all parts of the country. Social, mental awakening has done this much. Spiritual awakening will expand the same opportunities many times more upgrading the quality simultaneously. Spiritual awakening will raise the position of India among the comity of nations
Yes, India is becoming a new land of opportunity, because there are so many things that a person in India can do. Anyone who speaks English can have a job. Jobs that were once handled in the United States have now been outsourced to India. India is the new land of opportunity because there are so many jobs and the economy is growing.
Anyone who has had to call a company for technical advice in the last couple of years has found themselves trying to understand the heavily accented English of the Indian individual who answered the phone. More and more companies have outsourced their customer service centers to India. Many tech and medical companies are relocating to India. It is definitely the new "Land of Opportunity".
I believe India is becoming the new Land of Opportunity. I believe India is growing stronger as a nation and increased economical interest in the area has done much to change the circumstances in the country. I believe they are in the process of modernization which does expand on their opportunities now and in the future.
Anyone who is against the frame of mind that America isn't that land of opportunity apparently does not appreciate the freedoms we have over all the other countries of the world. Sure, India is receiving a lot of the work America is outsourcing, but at the same time this is required for American companies to grow, and in the long run, improve the economy.
India is producing both a lot of high-tech talent and is also a plentiful source of low-skilled labor. But starting a new business in India is a nightmare, and is only possible through the greasing of a lot of palms. Byzantine rules and corrupt public officials prevent it from becoming a true land of opportunity.
India has a lot of people. If we consider a nation to be a "Land of Opporutnity" purely based on the number of people who succeed in some for or another, then perhaps it is. However, India also has some of the poorest, more destitute people on the planet. If India is the "Land of Opportunity" it is also the "Land of Overwhelming Poverty."
